According to the news, Hollywood Celebrity Angelina Jolie was so touched by what she saw and experienced that she revealed recently she "cried constantly" the first two years as United Nations Goodwill Ambassador. In a recent interview with Newsweek the star, who always travels in Africa in a bid to raise awareness of the humanitarian crisis since she was named with this role (a goodwill ambassador by the UNHCR) in August 2001, revealed that every time those visits she made in Africa left her upset and dejected, slamming also those who brand her goodwill work "celebrity tourism".
[from thecelebrityblog.com]The first two years I just cried constantly. I couldn't really talk about the situation without being emotional. And I went through a period of just complete lack of hope. I don't know if anybody saying that has spent the last six years of their life going to over 30 camps and really spending time with these people.
